The Casa do Brasil project expanded the kitchen by approximately 1,000 square feet and relocated the existing employee restroom and office to a more efficient space. Throughout the construction, careful planning ensured that restaurant operations remained uninterrupted, allowing for a smooth and seamless renovation.
